Jameye is often referred to as being passionate about people.  She is dedicated to discovering new and innovative ways to serve her communities and those who are of the vulnerable populations.

Jameye graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing.  She then pursued her career working at Northshore Regional Medical Center(Ochsner Hospital) beginning in 1999 and served there for over 20 years.  During her time at the hospital she worked in the capacity of nurse manager, also as a case manager and was instrumental in developing a progressive Pulmonary Rehab Program that is still in place today.

Jameye has been the Executive Director of Manna Ministries since 1999, Manna Ministries is an effective link between community resources and those struggling with basic/emergency needs.  She served as Co-Chairman of a long term recovery organization that rebuilt homes after hurricane Katrina.  Jameye also serves as an advisor committee member for Highland Community Hospital in Picayune, MS

Jameye’s vision is to promote wellness, and self sufficiency, and preserve dignity by providing supportive services for all citizens of our communities in need.
